Tartandiva started trading in 2003 selling Special Effects Hair Dyes over the Internet. As the business grew the owner, Cari/Tartandiva, found it difficult to find time to maintain the website and continue selling items. As a result of this Tartandiva was sold to us (Nickki & Martyn) in 2005 and we continued selling Special Effects Hair Dyes through our new site called Beeunique. We had no web design knowledge at the time so it's been trial and error and harder work than we'd ever imagined, but thankfully we have been able to give up the 9-5 and now both work full-time for Beeunique. We like alternative music and clothes ourselves so are always on the lookout for new or unusual items we can add to our range.

Over time we realised there was a demand for affordable alternative accessories so decided to expand our range to include gloves, tights, belts, bags etc and now we sell over 2000 products ranging from dead rubber ducks to tartan tights and studded belts. We also stock a large range of Stargazer Make-Up and the full range of Manic Panic Hair Dyes as well as all Special Effects Hair Dyes. There's also a large range of Tint Bowls, Brushes, Gloves & Caps with more products being added almost weekly.

In the past year we have added a large Hair Dye Hints & Tips section to the website which covers everything from re-bleaching your roots to removing hair dye from baths! We also have a huge Hair Dye Gallery showing over 1000 photos of Manic Panic and Special Effects hair dye results. New Products Include: Pamela Mann Tights, LaRiche Directions Hair Dye, Stargazer Semi Perm Hair Dye, Renbow Crazy Color Hair Dye. At the end of 2009 we have also added the Hair Dye Forum website after repeated requested from customers and visitors to Beeunique to start up a forum.

Beeunique also has a Games and Competition Section as well as other Promotions and Sale/Special Offers.
